Germany, Wehrmacht. A Romanian Volunteer’s Shield Buy Now a 1944 Gau champion’s badge(Wehrmacht rmelschild der rumnischen Freiwilligen in der Wehrmacht). Constructed of field grey rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered Romanian blue, yellow, and red tri colour shield, topped by an inscription of ROMANIA), the obverse marked BEVO WUPPERTAL, measuring 70 mm (w) x 88 mm (h), a scarce first pattern insignia in unissued and near mint condition.
