" In regards to the thumb he injured in June 1915
The thin brown leather blade washer remains fully intact and attached to the dagger
It measures 298 mm x 211 mm and is in mint condition
A 1942-1943 German Eismeer Front Campaign Medal Hold AN EARLY SA DAGGER BYIn gilt zink; obverse illustrating the German Mountain Troop edelweiss; the reverse inscribed Eismeer Front, flanked by the dates 1942 above and 1943 below; measuring 38. 53 mm x 31. 12 mm; better than very fine condition.
