Morocco, Protectorate. An Order of the Ouissam Alaouite, I Class Grand Cordon Star, c.1940 Republic of age-appropriate wear and discolouration( ). Instituted January 11th, 1913. Type II. (c. 1940s Issue). Constructed of silver and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a five pointed silver star with multiple quills in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse center bearing a white enameled five pointed star and red enameled centerpiece with His Majesty Youssef inscribed in Arabic script, with green enameled laurel leaves between the arms of the enameled cross, the reverse
