A Grand Officer Set, consisting of a neck badge, in silver and silver gilt, featuring a ten point star with clusters of faceted rays, with a white enamelled five point star with segments of gilt wreath in each quadrant, the center of the star bears the Arabic inscription translating to El Hussein Bin Ali, suspended by a gilt wreath with a wreath segment in the center, reverse plain,
