It lives up, you could say, to the Villages name and or history. It tastes of pear, preserved lemon, stonefruit and woodspice, suggestions of both ginger and cracked wheat lingering about the edges. It flows in an entirely sunny manner but then turns both textural and taut through the finish. Its quite irresistibly drinkable.
