The letter was sent by Deutsche Vacuum Oel AG (German Vacuum Oil Company) from Hamburg to the Porsche car company, to Mr. Porsche jr., the son of company founder Ferdinand Porsche, also named Ferdinand, known as Ferry. It is dated to October 15, 1938 and signed in blue ink by an employee of Vacuum Oil, his name is illegible. He thanks Porsche for receiving and
