Due to its production, it is an oxidatively aged wine composed of a mixture of Palomino and Perruno, the latter predominating in Trebujena for much of the 19th century. The aging has been oxidative, of very old Palo Cortado style wine. Its long static periods have led it to be classified in the Cuatro Cortados category due to its elegance and
