Constructed of silver, with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an eight pointed radiant star, bearing a central white enameled Maltese Cross joined together through the quadrants by gilded lions passant, with a central raised crown set within a ring of red enamel, in turn surrounded by a red enameled ring
