Sottimano Langhe Nebbiolo 2024 Subregion_Savennieres and only native yeasts —The Land The Basarin vineyard sits in the Neive township at the northeastern edge of the Barbaresco DOCG, on the Tortonian and Helvetian clay limestone marl soils that give the appellation its depth and aromatic complexity. Basarin is one of Sottimano's five named cru sites, and the fruit from the youngest and most recently planted vines here is what fills the Langhe Nebbiolo rather than the Barbaresco. The distinction is a DOC classification matter,
