A small portion of juice was also fermented in old French oak to add depth and complexity. The rest was fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tank with a range of carefully selected yeast strains renowned for delivering rich, spicy Pinot gris characters. With its light, fruity flavor and hints of citrus, apple and pear, its the perfect choice
