A Bavarian Royal Merit Order Of St. Michael; First Class certificate_of_authenticity Cross comes with full lengthA Bavarian Royal Merit Order of St. Michael Brest Star First Class, in silver, center in Gold and enamels, 79mm, of French manufacture, with French silver hallmark (eagles head) on the pin and catch, circa 1860, of excellent quality manufacture, slightly worn, in extremely fine condition. Footnote: many Bavarian orders and awards were produced in France during early to mid 19th Century.
