Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central red enameled disc overlaid by a RDK style German national eagle above a mobile swastika, within a black enameled ing bearing an inscription of RDK for Reichsbund der Kinderreichen (Reich Union of Large Families), the reverse maker marked B for an unidentified manufacturer, measuring 26 mm in diameter, some chipping is
