La Ponca Malvasia Collio DOC 2021 25chardsale The wine is a deepBright straw yellow with golden reflections. Hints of iodine, balsamic notes, appropriately aromatic and hints of exotic fruit. On the palate it is rich and creamy. Pleasant acidity which enhances a bouquet with notes of fresh flowers which leads back to the balsamic nuances perceived on the nose. Cold maceration on the skins for approximately 24 hours with subsequent soft pressing of the grapes, cleaning of the musts through cold static decantation.
