UNO LIARS CARD GAME np16-05 • Ages 4 and up•This game plays the same as regular Uno except for these changes. Every Number Cards have one Liar's Modifier, All Action Cards are Liar's Modifier. 7s are Seven Swap Modifier and 0s are Zero Pass Modifier. Regular Cards always play face up, but Liar's Modifier always plays face down.
