Fragrant pear, lime and green apple scents infused with fresh herbs are followed by a subtle minerality. Light, dry and vibrant the palate features expressive pear and lime fruits which back into infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral characters. Crisp acidity with a long brisk, fresh herb infused finish.
