Due to its position close to the Cte de Nuits, theres not much of a lag in ripening so the vineyard can be picked just five to seven days after the crus, making this a very special wine. It is ideal for cured meats such as salami and prosciutto, as well as soft cheeses. Best enjoyed chilled, serve it as a pre dinner aperitif.
