Germany, Third Reich. A Luftschutz Service Book To Wilhelm Düvel Archive magnetic pin (slightly corroded as(Luftschutz Dienstbuch). Constructed of a light blue card stock binding, the interior with 32 off white paper pages, named to WILHELM DVEL of Wilhelmshaven, born 3 April 1884, issued on 15 August 1941, with records of equipment issued through 24 May 1944, measuring 105 mm (w) x 145 mm (h), with age appropriate material fatigue evident, in overall very fine condition.
