SYP Passion Has Red Lips Shiraz/Cab 2017 Size::12 Bottle Case This biodynamic estate’s “100 Hills”This juicy McLaren Vale red is sourced from 8 core vineyards and is a blend of three quarters Shiraz and one quarter Cabernet. The vine age varies between 9 and 35 years. After seven days on skins the juice is pressed to neutral French barriques (30%) and stainless steel (70%) for a 10 month maturation.
