But the story of the most awarded Tequila distillery in Mexico started way back: in 1951, actually, when the family of Mr. Jose & Celia Villanueva moved from a small town called Santa Ines, Michoacn, to Cordoba, Veracruz, to establish Licores Veracruz Liquor Distillery.
