The malbec grape produces wines which are intensely fruit dense and are supple and exotic in character. Big berries which have soft skins giving ample juice which pick up deep purple hues and gentleness of spirit. This wine has had no additions, with the native yeast producing a small amount of sulphur dioxide naturally. The
