The same types of soils as on the Ctes de Brouilly and Ctes de Py. In general, these characteristics call for intense and full bodied wines. At the estate, I prefer to highlight the finesse and elegance of the terroirs. My style of winemaking with short vatting, without punching down and just a few pumping overs, goes very well with this masculine appellation.
