We love their dedication to good farming, to careful vineyard selection, and to wines with a strong mineral cast. Friulano is one of Friuli's most intensely mineral scented grape varieties anyway, and in i Clivi's hands the wines absolutely shine with a gravelly sheen. Bright, crisp notes of apple, pear, and lemon come through too, but the mineral sense comes through from nose
