Germany, Drk. A German Red Cross Honour Decoration, I Class Cross United Republic of the initial "C" impressed as(Ehrenzeichen des Deutschen Roten Kreuz, Kreuze I. Klasse). Instituted 30 January 1934. (1934 1937 issue). Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross with white enameled arms, the obverse bearing a raised black enameled DRK style German national eagle, overlaid by a DRK insignia and with feathering highlighted in gilt, the twelve oclock arm with an integral loop and suspension ring connecting to a period
