The grapevines were planted in 1989. The vineyards soil is made of marl (clay in combination with limestone). The grapes were, afret a short period of cold maceration, fermented in open stainless steel tanks for about two weeks at a temeperature of 26 28C. During the alcoholic fermentation frequently remontage and dlestages were implemented
