Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, overlaid by a NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the reverse with a clip and claws emanating from a swivel roller, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and make code M4 87 for Matthias Salcher & Shne, Wagstadt, the roller notably
