Germany, Wehrmacht. A Bronze Grade Close Combat Clasp, Unmarked Example by Steinhauer & Lück Republic of fully circumscribed with raised oak(Nahkampfspange in Bronze). Constructed of bronzed zinc, the obverse consisting of a central square oak wreath topped by a Wehrmacht eagle clutching a mobile swastika, overlaid by a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, situated over a magnetic metal backplate (re fastened using grey glue), flanked on each side by four rays of and four oak leaves with two acorns, the reverse with a barrel hinge and narrow horizontal pinback meeting a flat wire catch,
