Château Dauzac, 5eme G.C.C, 1855 1990 domaine-du-vissoux 100% destemmed and fermented for1990 was a brilliant vintage in Bordeaux, and this Cru Class was bought directly from the chteaus cellars just reecently: its provenance is perfect. Its everything we hope for from mature claret: tobacco and spice, yet still with a deep core of fruit. Its a real delight to behold.
