A Winnipeg General Strike, Specials Police Badge Auction Archive circa 1937-1943In polished white metal with black enamels, die stamped with a large number "115" above "SPECIAL" in the centre, surrounded by the inscription "CITY POLICE" above and "WINNIPEG." below, the recessed areas of the letters and numbering with black enamels, measuring 50. 2 mm in diameter, vertical pinback, traces of black enamels remain on the numbering, contact marks, very fine.
