These are often on the darker side and can be some of the finest pink wines in Italy. Incredible food wines. From a 9 hectare, south facing vineyard of Montepulciano planted in 2000 to limestone soils at 350 metres. Destemmed. The free run juice is spontaneously fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel.
