Vineyards are 180 metres above sea level, with a dense structure of about 5500 stumps per hectare. The winemaking team focuses on growing indigenous grapes to fully respect the traditions of the region. Fiacca is a blend of Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, with 6 months ageing in French oak and subsequently 12 months in bottle.
