A Wehrmacht Heer General's Visor Cap By Erel Auction It acquired its Toronto affiliationThis cap is in standard Heer (Army) green doeskin wool with a 43 mm hunter green wool band and a traditional high peak with matching finely braided gold coloured bullion piping along the top edge and flanking either side of the band. The well detailed eagle insignia on the peak has been lost to time, although the outline and the original threading of the badge are quite visible.
