A silver cross Rupert Cross, the obverse centre presents the gilded crowned monogram of Wilhelmus Rex above a date 1900, the reverse presents the inscription VERDIENST UM DEN STAAT (SERVICE TO THE STATE), inside a laurel leaf wreath, marked on edge of six oclock arm with letter W for Wagner, Berlin, measuring 39. 87 mm (w) x 43. 47 mm (h), on loop for suspension
