The grape variety can then take over, without adding complexity. Each year, Les Orizeaux is matured in old oak barrels, from 2 to 9 wines, of Burgundy origin. No lees stirring is necessary, as the structure of the wine does not accept any additional heaviness. Les Orizeaux is a wine that can be appreciated in many ways. Aged in vats without air contact,
