Constructed of off white paper with black ink, named to recipient HANN on 25 November 1919, issued at Kiel and featuring an early Reichswehr stamp for Bezirkskommando Kiel, issued as a catch up document for a belated wartime decoration or as a rare example of an Iron Cross distributed for Freikorps service, measuring 210 mm (w) x 158 mm (h), with minor fatigue and creasing evident, in very fine
