A Rare C-Class Glider Pilot’s Badge, in Silver with Diamonds consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the body long in design(Segelflugzeugfhrerabzeichen in Silber mit Diamanten). Constructed of silver with diamonds and enamel, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by initials FAI (Fdration Aronautique Internationale). Topped by three crown shaped appliques, each inset with a genuine diamond, surrounding a blue enameled disc bearing three white gulls, the reverse with a boutonniere attachment, stamped with an issue number of 508
