In silver gilt with white, green and violet enamels, red glass cabochon on both sides, a 5 7 5 configuration in the Paulownia flowers and larger size versus the Officer's badge designating it as III class, measuring 56. 3 mm (w) x 86. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its Paulownia flowers and integral suspension, light crazing evident in the purple enamels on the top flower of the central cluster of the Paulownia flowers on
