Alella: 8 producers, 240 Ha) The Pujol Busquets family has been producing certified organic wines and cava since 1991, and they were the first to make no added sulphite cava in 2006. Mirgin Rose' Gran Reserva has baked croissant notes, as well as subtle hints of apples and red berries. On the palate, there is a lot of freshness and minerality, with a delicate saline aftertaste.
