Dalwhinnie ‘Mesa’ Shiraz 2021 Size::1 Bottle hot and quite softDalwhinnie is an iconic Victorian wine producer with vineyards first planted in 1976 at a unique high altitude site in the Pyrenees region. The resulting wines are expressive, cool climate styles which are highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs alike. The 2021 vintage was mild and long, this resulted in fruit being picked at optimal ripeness, but with the most moderate alcohol levels. This allowed the fruit character and fine structures
