This adorable and super flattering outfit includes a super short low cut flared out princess seamed tank dress with a back zipper and a PVC shrug with puffed sleeves and a pointed collar. The separate apron has a giant pre sewn (so its always perfect and you don't have to tie it on) bow on the back and an adjustable waist and crisscross shoulder straps with ruffled trim. We have tailored this apron to be
