Verginelli on obverse, bearing Italian Lotta Anti Guerriglia (translation: Anti Guerrilla Struggle) on reverse, measuring at 37. 1mm (w) x 43. 4mm (h to top of integral ring) and weighing at 26. 8 grams on original ribbon, in extremely fine condition.
