Predating the current state of fest culture, Posi Numbers or Posi Fest, as it became colloquially known as, was early to the idea of bringing hardcore bands and fans from all over the country to a small town. It started out as a few hundred people for one day in April in Nanticoke, PA and ended as three days (not including the Thursday pre
