A Pair Of Second War Period Japanese Army Puttees Auction Archive vertical slit accommodating placement ofThis is a well preserved pair of Second War period Japanese Army puttees, constructed of woven green wool twill. The puttees are trimmed on both edges with tight green machine stitching, ending in a circular shape at one end, and at the other in a reinforced point with a machine embroidered cotton ribbon tie. Each puttee is unmarked and measures 82 mm (w) x 1990 mm (l). There are sporadic patches of mothing, with one hole repaired with a black wool
