Russia, Imperial. An Order of St. Stanislaus in Gold, III Class with Swords, by Dimitry Osipov visually-hidden 53 mm (w) x 39( ). Instituted in 1765. Type II (1856 1917). In 14K Gold, a red enamelled Maltese cross with ball finials and an arch in the knee of each arm, double headed eagles with swords in each quadrant, the obverse and reverse centerpieces present a hand painted "S", the reverse in gold bearing a partial zolotniki fineness number "56" (14K Gold) on the suspension ring,marked with Dimitry Osipov () maker mark 6 oclock arm, measuring 39. 33 mm (w) x 40. 74 mm
