The complex flavour and hoppy aromas will delight any beer drinker. The amber coloured vinegar is rich and sweet with lingering acidity. There are notes of roasted barley, brown sugar and pineapple. Its designed to be used fresh, so there is no oak aging involved. IP8 beer vinegar adds depth to casseroles and braised meat dishes.
