Omina Romana: Chardonnay Ars Magna 2019 Zeter and invitingIn a golden yellow and brilliant color. The aromas are intense and broad, with notes of ripe white fleshed peach, jasmine, broom, herbs, and an iodine finish. Well balanced on the palate, persistent and harmonious. Hand harvested with grape sorting, destemming, and subsequent selection of berries. The berries are cold macerated for about 48 hours before fermentation and then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in new French oak barriques. It
