The spring lock prevents the spring from over engaging the block. Four water drains are integrated into the base plate. Defined ratcheting with an adjustable pressure point the user determines whether the base spins freely or how strongly it is braked. Two rows of Delrin balls ensure smooth rotation and free, unhindered movement even under load.
