The green coffee comes from the Finca La Roca, where it is grown by Jorge Rojas Vsquez at an altitude of 2000 meters. Jorge Rojas and his team process the coffee cherries into Red Honey on his finca in Planadas. He grew up with coffee and now runs three farms with his family, which also process coffee from other farms. Our Chiroso beans grow
