AEIOU 2025 0,75L Roussillon and ceramicsWeiwein aus sterreich. Rebsorte: Chardonnay Dieser Wein wchst auf purem Schiefer und kommt aus der Einzellage Edelgraben. Weil hier mit Doppelstockerziehung gearbeitet wird, gibt es kleine Trauben, viel Konzentration und nur wenig Ertrag. Aber der hat Kraft. Ausgebaut wird in gebrauchten Fssern. Viel Spannung, so wie wir es von Christian Tschidas Weinen gewohnt sind. Krutrig, hellfruchtig, mineralisch, mit leichter Reduktion und einem salinen Abgang.
