Velenosi: Prope Montepulciano d´Abruzzo DOC 2022 Fair Wein Il Poggiones Rosso di MontalcinoThis ruby red Montepulciano is grown at over 250 meters above sea level in the municipality of Controguerra. After fermentation, the wine is aged in large barrels, where it matures for about 12 months. Its complex scent reveals notes of sour cherry and ripe blackberries. These are joined by very distinctive aromas of coffee grounds, tobacco, and licorice.
