It is made from a historic blend of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, sourced from the Fondo Cereolo, Monte Tenda, and Castello vineyards, located between 140 and 290 meters above sea level. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, from the second week of September until the end of October, with a
